Cancellation Policy

  • 0% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 15 days or more in advance.
  • 25% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 96 hours (4 days) or more in advance.
  • 50% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 48 – 96 hours (2-4) days in advance.
  • 100% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) prior to check-in date.
  • Cancellations of Credit card and online payments will be charged 5% extra.
  • In the event of part cancellation of the reservation (i.e. reduction in duration or number of rooms), the above cancellation policy will apply on a pro-rata basis.
  • In the unfortunate event of a positive Covid-19 RT-PCR report prior to check-in, Blue Book will offer a credit note without a cancellation charge (evidenced by a copy of the positive test report)

For the New Year Eve period (covering any dates between 19 December and 05 January)

  • 25% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 30 days or more in advance.
  • 50% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 16-30 days or more in advance.
  • 100% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled within 15 days prior to check-in date.
  • Cancellations of Credit card and online payments will be charged 5% extra.
  • In the event of part cancellation of the reservation (i.e. reduction in duration or number of rooms), the above cancellation policy will apply on a pro-rata basis.

Refund

  • Refunds only through cash/cheque/bank transfer for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  • Credit/debit card refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • No reduction from the Meal Plan / Package price can be claimed in case any meals / activities are not availed, or should any activities become unavailable on the day.

Please note:

  • Rooms booked can’t be downgraded. Upgrades are possible subject to availability and payment of the difference in tariffs.
  • Blue Book reserves the right to make changes to your room selection. If your room is downgraded, the difference will be refunded
