Mr. Jha’s training under India’s top designer architects and the experience of executing luxurious private residencies, the famous ‘Attithi’ art Installations at The Oberio, New Delhi to large urban scale projects like the redevelopment of Jama Masjid & Chandini Chowk, New Delhi, every bit of it and more was put to make this property a sustainable structure, in every possible manner without losing much of the old. Mr. Jha works as an independent expert under the brand Studio Bodhi which he defines as a melting pot of ideas and experiences which bridges the gap between rural and urban, traditional, and contemporary, past, and future.
